The SIMS 3 internal system error

So I downloaded the SIMS 3 - Complete Collection (new version with all in one installer, from your list in the download section.
However, when i install it, it comes up with this: "an internal system error occured.
please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your
Windows folder to determine problem."
I run on windows 10. Can anyone tell me how to fix this or has this already been posted and there's a fix to it? Please help me.

Your DirectX may need to be updated. Looking at the error logs should tell you what the problem is, such as needing a higher/lower version than what is currently installed, or a problem with the DirectX configuration.

I have DirectX 12 and I think, if I found it correctly, the DirectX log that is, well it's saying that installation failed since I already have the newer version of DirectX installed.
Does this mean SIMS 3 can only play on lower version in Windows 10?
The DX error log says this: (i'm no PC geek so I don't understand)
