System error?

System error? Empty System error?

I applied the google drive version of the newest update and got an error message saying :

The program can't start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. 

What could be causing this?

Go to where your game is installed and open "__Installer\vc" folder. Then install those four files:
vc2010sp1\redist\vcredist_x86.exe
vc2010sp1\redist\vcredist_x64.exe
vc2013\redist\vcredist_x86.exe
vc2013\redist\vcredist_x64.exe
