Sims 3 Won't Start (NVIDIA) Empty Sims 3 Won't Start (NVIDIA)

Since I started using downloads and guides here for the Sims 3 (I used it to get my two remaining expansion/stuff packs), the Sims 3 won't start up at all and I get no error messages.

No mods installed.
Windows 10
GTX 1070
16GB RAM
3.5GHz
