Laundry pack installed but not accessible - Help please!

Hi all,
My game is up to date for Seasons (1.45.62.1020)  and working great except for one issue. All items in the Laundry stuff pack show up in Build/Buy, but when I select something, I just get a white box with a red X that isn't placeable at all.

Even lots previously built that had fully functioning laundry stuff have this issue. In fact, the laundry rooms that used to work just fine, now have this odd coloration and if I even try to delete the items, the game quits immediately. I've attached a screenshot for reference.

Any ideas what the deal is and if there's a fix?
