[Help] Can't get the update

Some of my mods tell me I need to have an update before I can use them but I haven't updated as I just started a few days ago. I tried to get the latest one here but the adfly it sends me to won't let me through even when I turn off my adblocker.
It keeps pulling up windows that demand I let it install extensions and allow notifications. Can someone please give me a link or something?

Which updates do you require ?
On THIS PAGE you can find all G4TW torent downloads for all DLC's (No adf.ly or other adverts)
