Update 1.46 Game UI Dissapeared, can't manage world or open options

Unfortunately, it won't even let me screenshot to show you everything that's wrong. 
I just installed the new 1.46 update. I have all of the expansion packs, etc. I have never had an issue until now. 

It started with the Job page in the UI not loading, so I hit M to open the map, hoping it would fix it.
Unfortunately that backfired. When I returned to my home lot (hitting M again), My UI completely disappeared, I can't click anything in game, the Manage world, build mode, buttons are gone. Nothing happens when I click options. 
I can't even exit the game at this point. 

Any idea what could have caused this? Any Idea how to fix it?
