Game crashes when entering/moving into a household

Hello, me again... 
I downloaded the games that can be downloaded separately and everything worked, but now i have an another problem. When i want to move in my family into a lot or enter a pre made family, the game crashes. It doesn't lag and i have no mods, just some cc from tsr. It still happens when i remove cc.
I tried to find solution on google by restarting back to factory settings but it didn't work, same problem. It happens in every world.
What should i do?

Try using validator and post the result here.

I did all that but when i add files in sims 4 validator, nothing is happening, there isn't any button to start scanning or whatever. Meanwhile, while i wa screating a .md5 file it said that it hasn't got any hashes.
for some reason the pictures wont upload

In the validator go for the Select your The Sims 4 directory and lead it to your installation folder of the Sims 4

What browser are you using? It won't work in Edge/Internet Explorer. Tested and works on Firefox and Chrome.

Seems like everything's ok. Try renaming "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" folder and see if it still crashes.

I did it and it just creates another sims 4 folder. I'll try to uninstall everything and download only a few eps and gps without sps and see if that was the problem.

I doubt reinstalling will help. According to validator everything's ok... W8 a sec, you're using this version, right? But you didn't download helper_tools.rar. Do it now, extract to your game folder, run dlc-toggler.exe and disable DLCs in red.
Don't know if you already did it but you should add "Game\Bin" folder to your anti-virus exclusion list and block TS4.exe and TS4_x64.exe in your firewall.

I downloaded that version already and helper tools were extracted in my game automatically when installing. I ran it as admin and unchecked everything red, excluded apps before and its still happening. The only thing that changed is that it crashes when sims who live in houses leave their lots, but it still crashes in buildings.
Why is it still happening and how nobody had the same problem? I downloaded alot of pirated games before and i barely had problems...

I have no idea what else to suggest. Validator shows your installation folder is ok and you said that deleting/renaming "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4" didn't help. So it's not saves, not mods, not CC... IDK what the problem is.

I guess i could buy the base game when i have money and when it's on discount and I'm getting a new laptop soon so i hope for the best. Thanks for the help

Nope. Those are just DLCs @nadezdabeka decided not to install, you can play without them just fine.

? What separate folder? What first installation? nadezdabeka just said they're using my installer - which creates it's own shortcut. And once again, no files are missing. It's the same as if you downloaded everything from G4TW/all-in-one and then disabled DLCs according to this guide.
