Problems with Jungle Adventure and My First Pet.

For Jungle Adventure: no description for objects, sims become invisible after they go through the Explore gates, the artifacts look like dirt after you drag them out of the inventory.
For My First Pet: everything looks like broken CC.

Seems like your download for My First Pet was corrupted. And not only that, worlds from EP01-EP03 and GP01 are corrupted too.
I'll send you most of the proper files in private message but since your whole My First Pet is corrupted (or missing) just download _setup.exe and dlc-sp14-my-first-pet-stuff.bin from my repack and run setup.
And delete "Game_" folder.

Don't copy it anywhere. Just keep it in the same folder as _setup.exe. And run _setup.exe.

Hello!
I have this same issue and tried re-installing the last 3 packs but it didn't fix it. I'm guessing some files are randomly corrupted now?
I never installed My First Pet to being with and my issue only was found after I traveled to Selvadorada for the first time when I noticed none of the objects names came up and artifacts kept turning back into dirt(plus the whole invisible when traveling). I started getting error 124 anytime I tried to load a family.
What should I do to fix this? Removing mods and deleting caches didn't work.

I assume you downloaded everything from G4TW and still have '.rar's.
Hash mismatch: those files are corrupted. Extract them (only those three files, nothing more!) again from The Sims 4 - City Living.rar and The Sims 4 - Cats & Dogs.rar.
Missing files: I thought you said you tried reinstalling last 3 packs. You didn't. Apply My First Pet and then Seasons.
Unknown files: delete "data/shared/shared" folder and those files:
game/bin/origins.ini
game/bin/rldorigin.dll
game/bin/rldorigin.ini
game/bin/rldorigin_ext.dll
game/bin/rldorigin_x64.dll
game/bin/rldorigin_x64_ext.dll

@Anadius1 deleloped a handy tool that can be used for the old Origin.ini AND for the new Codex.ini.It's called dlc-toggler
Download it, extract with Winrar and place the 2 files in the main directory of your install folder The Sims 4
When you click on the .exe, you can exclude DLC's by removing the tick in front of it.

I have another problem now though. Cats & Dogs and City Living download links aren't working for me. I've tried in internet explorer and chrome but it's not coming up for me to download.
Should I post this issue somewhere else? I'm not sure if it's just me or not.
Edit: Is there a way I can be PM'd the missing files? I don't think they're very large.

They are large. 2.76GB in total. Sim Architect made all-in-one torrent where you can select individual files. That's the smallest option for you.
You can use my repack, this will weight 3.11GB.
And lastly you can download G4TW releases which will weight 13.4GB.
If you don't want to use torrents, choose my repack. There are direct download links from 3 mirrors.
