sims 4 jungle adventure bug

hello,i recently downloaded jungle adventure GP and i started playing it but whenever i try to enter the the temple it kicks me out to the world menu and saying "game failed to load error code 106 try to restart the game"
i tried to:
restart the game
launch the game without cc/mods
creating a new sims 4 file in documents
clearing my cache
tried to enter the temple with another sim from diffrent save

it wont work because i also have seasons installed

So what did you install after Jungle Adventure? Because you need My First Pet before installing Seasons.

didnt installed my first pet but the game is working fine without it,it just crash when im trying to enter the jungle's temple

Delete "Game" and "Game_" folders, download and extract the file I sent you - this one contains update for Jungle Adventure that was shipped together with My First Pet Stuff and you skipped it, and lastly download fresh "Game" folder from here.
You can also clean up this mess in "unknown files". You moved everything from "__Installer\DLC" to your main installation directory. You can move it back. So move "EP01\__Installer" and "EP01\Support" to "__Installer\DLC\EP1", etc. Leaving it as is won't break your game but if you ever need to use the validator all this mess will show up again.

Because you downloaded wrong "Game" folder. Delete it and download the newest one. 1.46.18.1020
