Problem with Sims 3 world adventures games4theworld torrent!

So I have all the other expansion packs and stuff packs except for fast lane, mainly cuz i dont give darn hoot about cars, but i tried to install this websites download of sims 3 world adventures, and it keeps saying there is a problem with the regional code? I've read the ultimate fixes installation guide and have been very careful as to where i put the fixes. Everything works great otherwise, but i just cannot install this game expansion pack for the life of me. I even tried another users torrent from piratebay to see if their world adventures would work but it does not let me setup the game Any help would be appreciated immensily.

When you read the included "# Installation Guide.txt", it says something about changing the SKU value in the Windows Registry, right?
Please re-read those step(s) very carefully!
