Stuff is missing? after 1.46 patch

I download, and used correctly, the 1.46 patch- Now I am getting boxes that say stuff is missing? Anyone know what in the heck and how to fix it?
I can't just insert the pic from my pc but it says-

Items removed
one or more create a sim items have been removed the items may not be installed on your computer or the EA account that is currently logged in does not own these items

The other one says-
basically the same thing, and says 76 build mode items have been removed and 7 build mode items have been substituted
