the seasons not working anymore

Since starting work I haven't been active on the sims 4, however, I wanted to start playing again. But whenever I open the sims 4 now, it says there is missing stuff from my game and that it may not be played as it used to be. I then noticed that one of my families were missing clothing items from the seasons update so I checked on the main screen when you first open sims 4 and it says that I need to download the seasons update in order to play it, but it was working fine months ago when I first downloaded it. I'm not sure what I may have done to cause it to do this so I deleted everything (besides my saves) and went over the steps starting from step one and put everything back into the sims 4 folder like when you first download it... and It still says I don't have the seasons pack.

EDIT: Could it have something to do with the fact that I opened orgins and went into the sims 4 on there like I normally do to download houses and sims since we can't on the cracked version? I do this all the time though and it never messed up my game before...

Do you have original and cracked game in the same folder or separate ones? Run the validator (on cracked folder if they are separate) and post the result here.

Anyway...

It says you didn't install Seasons. Delete all of your "Game*" folders. You don't really need them. Apply Seasons, and then Update 1.46 again. Don't rename/delete "Game" folder before update, due to mistake "Game" folder in update is not complete so it needs previous one.

You'll need to pay attention to what game you are starting, or more precisely which savefiles you are using. This post here illustrates one way of managing to play both an Origin & DRM-free version of The Sims 4:

For future reference...

If you have a savefile from playing your DRM-free Sims 4 but you (accidentally or not, doesn't matter) start up the Origin version, then you will get a message saying that certain content is missing. No wonder: you are not likely going to have legit DLCs on the Origin version, so the savefile is going to be borked with.

Your best bet is to simply exit the game without saving, should you get such a prompt in the future again.

EDIT: Hey The_gh0stm4n, thank you for replying as well. I normally only open origin to download things from the workshop and then I close that sims 4 without saving and I go into the task manager and make sure that everything origin related is shut down before I open the cracked version with all of the DLC. I never click play on the origin version, I just click the gallery button and download things and then close it without saving it and I have never gotten this message before on the cracked version. I believe it had something to do with when I did the update and it messed with the seasons somehow. I'm not too sure, but thank you!
