Seasons not working Empty Seasons not working

Hello..I installed sims 3 currently and what not but when I try to open it up and it goes to where it's about to show the sims 3 lil sequence an error occurs

It's also not showing in my lauchpad only in my application in finder? ;-; (maybe it has something to do with that i'm not too sure)

Hello,

I am sure what may be the root of this problem... Have you updated your game through the launcher and applied the Ultimate Fix? If yes, how did you apply the Ultimate Fix. Which folder in the Ultimate Fix did you use?

Thank you for answering c: yes i've used the ultimate fix I followed the instructions as seen in the mac guide for it

//EDIT: It started working but it takes a very long time to get passed the loading screen after you pick a town ;-; I don't have any mods install right now either??
