Hello! I tried to download the new update, watching the video of The Sim Architect. But now, my Sims 4 game won't start anymore. I don't know what I did wrong.
I don't even see the loading screen or the logo, it just turns itself off immediately.
I tried moving my Mods folder or my Sims 4 folder to my desktop, but this is not working.

Please help! I really wanna start playing again. Sad (I am in no way an expert in computers so please be nice and use easy words Smile)

Btw, this has gone wrong before. Luckily, you guys managed to help me out. If possible, please tell me what I keep doing wrong when trying to update the game.

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. I know you said you moved mods but the problem could be something else in that folder. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator (in quick scan mode) and post the result here.

I've tried that too, but it still turned off right away. I ran the validator, here are the results:

The folder you selected in validator has only Get Famous DLC. There are no base game files and no other DLCs. You simply extracted Get Famous to the wrong directory.
