Error while disabling Seasons

Hi, while following the guide to disabling DLCs, I encountered this error while trying to save codex.cfg. 

Is there any way to fix this? Thanks!

You must either "save as" to desktop (or documents, or wherever it lets you save it) and then move the file to C:\Program Files\The Sims 4\Game\Bin or run notepad as administrator.

Or you could try using my DLC toggler which lets you easily turn DLC off or on.
