My sims 3 crashes everytime I try to move my family in house. Help please.[SOLVED]

Hi, I've correctly installed sims 3 and almost all expansions. The last expansion I've installed is Showtime. It works fine until I try to move in family then it crashes and it says The sims 3 has stopped working. I installed patch manually and did everything it says in ultimate fix. I tried everything to fix it. Please help.

Try this, please:

1. Go to Documents\Electronic Arts\.
2. You'll see a folder called "The Sims 3".
3. Drag & drop this folder to your Desktop and remove it from your Documents.
4. Start the game and let us know the result.
