How to install Sims 4 v1.41 "Basegame Update Only" without DLC's getting removed? [CLOSED]

I have recently opened a topic...
The first question was:
Will installing v1.41 Update Patch remove all DLC's in my game?
I solved my own question by trying it myself and it removed all of my DLC's.
Now, my main question is:
how to update without my DLC's and gamepacks getting removed?
