Update coming Nov 13th, 1st person view, Sims 4 terrain tools and new stylist career

New update will also upgrade Python version the game is using from 3.3.5 to 3.7.0. This means all script mods will break. Thankfully EA uploaded the Python scripts from the currently released version of the game (v1.46.18) recompiled under Python 3.7.0 so the modders can prepare for upcoming changes.

If all goes as planned, this change should arrive in November.

Yep, the November update will break all the script mods, including Deaderpool's MC Commmand Centre.
Now Deaderpool is busy to prepare for that update, so probably a new version of it will come out.

A test-run, for possible future game features? With these VR goggles being in the news these days, it could make sense for future Sims games to have at least partial support for that technology.

Pretty sure there won't be a separate torrent for just the first person mode-update. It'll be included, however, in the torrent for the "Get Famous" DLC (that will also be released in a few days on Origin/ZLOrigin).

But what bout DDL's since EA torrents are a major risk of notice.

I can try compiling a "patch" for that, but there wouldn't be a functioning/reliable offline-patch (those CODEX-files) available. A.k.a. you wouldn't be able to use such a patch. 

Best wait these few days, until we have the Get Famous-DLC.

I don't see the update on Zlorigin, I keep pressing check for updates but it just says "you're all set"

Welcome to the Forum,

Try logging out of the ZClient first. Wait a little, then try logging back in. You should get messages inside the small ZClient window that say "updating [filename]". The window should also close itself at least once, but also re-open. 

Once you get "Auth success as [insert username here]", open the ZLOrigin and check again. Right now it seems to be downloading a 5GB update on my end.

perhaps try the mouse's scroll wheel. the only thing i seem to see on mine is a tongue, and i have a custom tongue used for licking those hard to reach places used in my game. also c/c (custom eyelashes, etc) will likely also affect what you see in fps view as well.
