Dumb question about the size of TS4. [SOLVED]

Hey, can someon specify what's the current size of TS4 with all DLCs (game/stuff packs,EPs,updates etc.) 
I am a wee bit confused,being non native english speaker I read that some repacks only would occupy like 25GBs on my device,but unfortunately my game "weighs" at this point over 23GBs  and I haven't downloaded all content yet.(my guess that I probably misconstrued instructions)

So,excuse my iddle head and tell me the exact size of this game ? (repacks)

Right now the game with all DLCs weights 31.4GB. Repacks just tell you how much the installer weights, not the game after installation.

Oh,okay,thanks for prompt response. I got my hopes too high once again. hahaha
