Sims 4 error - "This app can't run on your pc". [SOLVED]

After installing the latest patch, the game just won't open.
The error that shows up is: "This app can't run on your pc. To find a version for your pc, check with the software publisher."
It's never happend before, the installation always worked. Maybe I did something wrong but I don't really know what. Also, I used the validator (quick scan, still waiting for the results of the proper scan) and it seems that nothing's wrong.

Try adding "The Sims 4\Game\Bin" folder to your anti-virus exception list.

If you have Windows 10, check this out:

After that, re-apply the latest update that you used (copy/paste/overwrite). This should restore your No-Origin-files.
