can't start playing

hello!
I've played TS3 for a while now, but yesterday I encountered a problem. When I try to start playing the game screen pops up, but then collapses, it's like minimized. I tried restarting, but nothing. Then I ran it as administrator ain it helped. Tody I've tried the same things, but can't start.
