Good if you want to grab Gallery items such as households/sims and lots and then maybe transfer them to DRM-free games, but not really for much more. Also, if you want to download Gallery items that contain pets (for use in DRM-free versions of the game), you'll also have to buy a Pets-DLC. Which also seems to be on discount right now.

@The_gh0stm4n actually i think if you wanna get stuff from gallery from packs you dont own, you just use the website gallery to add it to your own, then log into legit game and it will download to your gallery automatically. then you can switch to drm free and play with it that way. im not sure if i tried it with pets, dont use pets much, but i know it works for other stuff that in game gallery doesnt allow.
