File missing in The Sims 3 Store updates. [SOLVED] Empty File missing in The Sims 3 Store updates. [SOLVED]

Hi everybody, I wanted to add to my game the lady ravencer goth book of spell and other things from the store, so I dowloaded the winrar  file of July 2011 store updates and February  2012 store update, but after the download I tried to extract the  winrar files and an error occurred and said that the files are broken, so I also tried to download it again but nothing change.
Do you have any suggestions?

SpellbookGothique.sims3pack, is the item I believe. You will also need the store fixes though in order to use that item properly (if you don't have the store fixes installed already, that is).
