OrangeEmu.dll was not found

Hey guys. so ive got a new laptop and im trying to install the sims 4 onto it (via the all in one download)Ive used power iso before so i know how that operates. I temporarily disabled my firewalls to see if the game would run that way and to no avail. Ive change the file location folder, that hasnt worked. extracted the files over and over, still nothing. So right now I have no idea what to do now. (oh my comp is 128ssd and 1TB HDD) so ive moved it to the HDD but im still getting the same messages. please help! please and thank you!!!

OrangeEmu.dll is regarded is a trojan horse and therefore rejected by many anti-virus programs.
You say you use the all-in download.
Copy all folders from the mounted .iso to a location on your hard disk.
Add that location to the exceptions in your Antgi Virus.
Then from that location open the folder Game\Bin
You'll see a file OrangeEmu.rar, extract it into the Bin folder overwriting existing OrangeEmu.dll

Hey thank you so much! So i had allowed the foler on one anti virus but i forgot about the other (No idea why they put two but hey) so i uninstalled one because it wasnt letting me add the files. now its running perfectly. I was wondering if you would know if i can move the folder that the mods is in to another location too?
