The sims 4 has stopped working

Hey guys, I just installed the sims 4 all in one on my new pc and moved in my mods from my other pc (the game works fine on that one) and I get the message "the sims 4 has stopped working" upon startup. The cause of the problem is sometimes listed as APPCRASH and others as BEX. I updated all of my mods again but still the same message. Please help if you can 

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts and move The Sims 4 folder to desktop. This will start the game fresh, you can move saves back later. If that doesn't solve the problem, run the validator and post the result here.
