Zclient error.

Opened my Zclient for the first time today to play the Sims 4. It started to update, then vanished. so I assumed it was restarting for the update, however it never opened back up. so I attempted to open it again except it doesn't. I've redownloaded it several times as well as restarting my laptop four times, it's not my anti virus either, but now everytime I open it, it gives me this message.

Add that folder to your anti-virus exception list and download it again. This exe you have here is already messed up, it doesn't even have an icon. You can also try turning SmartScreen filter off.

As for any other "security" programs you may have installed on the machine, try doing some research on how to add exclusions.

Extra note: some of these programs simply do not accept user input about exclusions and/or other settings. If that is the case with you, and if you absolutely want to play a free Sims 4 game, consider un-installing it.
