Re: I used Validator and came up with this. [SOLVED]
You didn't install the game and you didn't delete "Game" folder when required. Read step 2 and 7 REALLY carefully: https://www.games4theworld.club/t21806-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-4-correctly
And don't post the validator result twice. If you post it here, don't post it on my website.

Hello and welcome to the Forum,
Where did you read up on the install instructions? On G4TW here, or someplace else? Because it strikes me as odd that someone (you, in that case) would seemingly go over the entire 18 or 19 steps from that TS4 Must-Read guide, and then forget or overlook the installation of the base game.
Are you 100% positive you actually installed the base game? Because we have had this issue with several users in the past already.
Maybe something about the instructions needs to be amended. Did you maybe get confused about the torrent name of the base game, which states "The Sims 4"? If so, I can quickly edit that, so it says "The Sims 4 - Base game" or something. Even then, the actual .rar archive file will still be named "The Sims 4.rar".

Re: I used Validator and came up with this. [SOLVED]
There’s no need to be rude anadius. I didn’t realize you guys would all see it on both sites. Which was why i posted on both.
And actually i did follow EVERY step and I’m positive i did the base game. And I DID delete the game folder. I followed every single step. It would open to a white screen then close out. I’ve downloaded this all before on my old computer. So I’m not new to it. But for some reason wasnt working. But don’t worry because i got it fixed. So thanks.

So, one way you could solve your issue is to simply re-install the (G4TW) basegame of TS4, and to a filepath different from where you have your current TS4 installation. After that is done, copy the files from the basegame - those Clientfullbuild*.package files - to your main TS4 installation. Which I guess you ended up doing, but still worth keeping in mind for future reference, or other people reading up on these Forums.
Now:
Note that we are all volunteers, and we spend our time, effort, and sometimes money on providing a service on here. Sure it can be argued whether in the end it's that helpful, but doubts on that end usually only come from people who have a financial interest (i.e. copyright holders and their goons).
Back to topic: accusing someone of being rude when they were merely asking to be mindful of using certain communication channels, is...a bit strange, if you don't mind me being frank. If everybody was posting all over the places, how would this work in practice? Should we reply to the same question, in multiple places?
Developer @anadius has his own platform, and his pages are not associated with G4TW, even if the impression of that is created, by him helping a lot on these Forums.
I am not objecting to the fact that you are new, and maybe didn't know how or where to post. What I am objecting to, though, is your false accusation. And if you falsely accuse anybody helping here, whether they are a team member or not, you also accuse me. Make no mistake: maybe you really feel offended, and where(ver) you come from it is normal to feel that way in these situations. But that's not going to cut it, on G4TW here.
First warning.
