Unable to marry?

My sims was unable to marry although they reaching the romance interest phrase ? Is relationship drag cheat causing this ??

Hello,
You mean using testingcheatsenabled true? That doesn't cause it, I've used it myself without problems. There could be a mod conflict, if you're using mods/cc.
The option to propose going steady or propose marriage only comes up after a string of romantic interactions. You have to set the mood so to speak.
Unless one of your sims is family oriented, they'll have the propose marriage interaction available from the special->family oriented submenu.
If this doesn't help, I can offer another way in the form of installing a mod.

MOD: The Clean up Genealogy option in Overwatch fixes this issue. Sometimes this issue can be resolved by simply using only romantic interactions for quite a while.
