Help with Sims 4. Unable to Start. New Install. Game Version from G4tw website.

i desperately wanna play Sims 4.




im new in here and english is just a second language for me, so please bear with it.
First, I downloaded The Sims 4 using Origin. Then I wanted to have the expansions to broaden the gameplay.
I downloaded these expansions (Get to Work, Get Together and City Living) from G4TW website ( here ). I was able to play the game without the expansions but when I tried to add the expansions ( Get To Work first) using the instructions provided (moving the TS4 folder and copying the expansions files to that folder. i only copied and replace without installing anything) the game just gives me the unable to start error (the contents etc etc.. by a newer version.. etc using Origin). I didnt know what went wrong so i just decided to uninstall the ORIGIN and the game itself (THE Sims 4), and downloaded the TS4 game uploaded here (the 8gb+ version).

now i just finished downloading the game after almost 12 hrs (yeah, isp sucks) and i installed the game already. 
I tried to launch the game but it still gives me the same error above. I havent started with the expansions yet.
I do not have the one drive folder as i have seen on one of the forums.

What Am I Missing??
What do i do??

So i tried searching for the Gameversion.txt file in the whole pc and it turns out it is in the game folder itself. The game seems working now, i deleted the game version file. Thanks!!!

Hello and welcome to the Forum,

Did you install the G4TW expansions "over" the Origin game? If so, that was not a good idea, and it would have been a better decision to install the G4TW games, in a different location than the Origin one. But for that, you also must install a cracked base game...
