Downloading Island Living Issue

Hello,

So I am trying to download the isisland living via Google drivs, it does give me  the "too many downloads" error, so when I tried download it to "My Drive" it wouldn't give me the option. Unsure of what to do since it wont go into my Google drive to make the copy

Hello,

I'm assuming you are (at the moment) logged into a Google account. If not, please create one, and be sure to log in. 

When you get to the page on GoogleDrive, where you can download the file, do you see an icon like this here in the top right of the screen?

i had to get off of incog. mode on google thats why it didnt come up.
