When starting games it says " Unknown error occured"

Heya.
So I downloaded the cracked sims from piratebay,
made sure it worked, then I installed all expansions I had, generations and late night
I updated the game with the manual patch for all regions
then I applied the fix.
then this stupid mf thing is coming up every time I try to open the goddam game.
help me please, I'm losing my mind here.

Go to your install directory, to the base game\bin and use the TS3W.

Okay, unfortunately I have to reinstall everything, my computer broke and they replaced the harddrive, so I will download The base game, Generations and Late night!

I have been getting this error as well, but the TSW3 is an executable so you can't run it on a mac, I was wondering if this problem was solved.
