Sims Medieval Sim Stuck

Hello! I'm back! So, I just started playing the Sims Medieval, and I'm having a lot of fun!

The problem is, one of the Sims that I have to talk to for a quest is stuck, and I can't click on him. I've tried exiting out of the game, didn't work. Testingcheatsenabled say it's an unknown cheat, so I can't use that. Resetsim is the same exact way. I'm all out of ideas.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm in the turtorial, so I can't save and quit. The window will be open on my laptop until I can fix this Minstrel Elvin (the Sim's that's stuck).

Hello and welcome to the Forum @LittlestMermaid,

If you haven't tried it yet, use the manual patch here to (re-)update your game. The purpose of this step is, that updating through that Medieval launcher (that's what most people do) tends to leave hiccups behind.

Just double-click on the .exe file when it's fully downloaded, and follow the on-screen instructions. Then re-copy and re-paste the Sims Medieval Ultimate Fix here:

Make sure to copy/paste the Medieval Ultimate Fix under C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims Medieval\Game\Bin. Replace any existing files, when prompted. Then try the game again. Keep us posted if you like!
