Update 1.59.73.1020 for Sims 4? [SOLVED]

Is there any news for the new update? it fixes a lot of errors and bugs and it would be so useful

You're not missing out on much though if you don't download this thing (yet), because the game still has huge problems.

I'm using the https://www.games4theworld.club/t21806-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-4-correctly-latest-version-1-59-73-1020-1-59-73-1520#146695 guide to install the Sims 4 and I arrived at the last step (#24), but it doens't seem to want to start the download.

I do the usual steps on Linkredirect (only at this one it also asks to watch a video), which is in German, lol.
I make sure to pause all my current downloads since it tends to not download or is just very slow.

This is what I see on details when attempting to download it on Vuze:

I was also getting something similar when I tried to downloading the complete pack (which was the reason why I started downloading everything manually)

Can I just play the game after installing #23 (University)? Or do I have to have the patch installed?
If so, where can I find the previous patch so that I can still play it without having to install the 1.59.73 patch?

Unfortunately the new update also breaks tub/shower combos completely.

So you are saying you have successfully grabbed the magnet link, but you cannot seem to connect to other peers in the torrent, is that so far correct? For the moment, try copying your magnet link and pasting it into a different torrent client. Tixati, qBittorrent, Deluge, Transmission, etc.

These Sims 4 torrents have plenty of seeders, so I don't think it's that.

And yes, this new 1.59.73.1020 patch is intended to be usable immediately after you have installed the Discover University DLC. You do not need the previous (1.58.69.1010) patch.

That seemed to be the case. There were no problems when copying the Magnet link to Tixati. 

Vuze had no problems with downloading the other versions exept for the All-in-one Sims4 pack and #24 (Did not download #20 Moschino Stuffpack and #22 Legacy pack), although I did had to pause the torrents for a bit or it took some time before it showed up.

Yes, it's a bit strange that some torrent clients have these "hiccups", at least sometimes. I'd recommend you stick to Tixati (or one of the other clients that I mentioned alongside), from now on.
