Re: Sims 4 problems loading screen.
Yes, 100% correct. Now let's see.
You can ignore or delete the "Unknown Files". I recommend deleting them.
As for the rest, take the Tiny Living Download (the original .7z download file) and re-extract the "Game"-subfolder from it. Paste it into your TS4 installation, and replace existing files when prompted.
Then try the game again.
I'm only worried, because it shows one single file as Hash mismatch. That could theoretically be, because your antivirus or Windows Defender damaged the file. So you might have to re-check Windows Defender and/or your antivirus.

If you have any other antivirus besides Windows Defender, try playing around with the available options and/or do some searching about how you can properly re-configure exclusions. If you cannot find information on that ... it means you have a bad or overly aggressive antivirus. In which case you could try switching to something else. Back in the days I myself used avast and little bit of Kaspersky. There should be free versions available, definitely for avast, not sure about Kaspersky.
Good luck for now though!

That should not affect your savefiles at all. But of course, if you want to be absolutely safe, then try making it into a habit of regularly creating backups of your savefiles, depending on how often you play the game.
