World Adventures unable to install Empty World Adventures unable to install

Ok, I have everything else for Sims 3 Installed and running correctly, but, when I try to install World Adventures from here, a window pops up in the Install Wizard saying

"The setup has detected that the regional install code for The Sims 3 is different then what this expansion requires. This product requires The Sims 3 to have the same regional code in order to be installed"
Then it closes and I'm left stumped

I have legal copies of the Base game, Ambitions and Late Night and everything else I got from here

Hello,

Please read the included "# Installation Guide.txt" on how to change the SKU code in the registry.
If you can't find the value in your registry, try this: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t177-can-t-find-the-sims-3-sku-fix
