Sims 2 Complete Collection Problem. Empty Sims 2 Complete Collection Problem.

All my Sims 2 setup (Double Deluxe, etc.) always shown the Pets logo. I can’t download the university pack because the Pets pack is not installed. Help please.

Hello and welcome to the G4TW Forums @SydeSkroll,

The best advice I can offer here is that you try a manual un-installation of what you have already installed. Use the guide here, and try deleting all stuff manually ("How to Fully Uninstall The Sims 2"):

Re-boot the PC, and then try again installing the Complete Collection. Though, if I'm allowed to make a suggestion, I would recommend using the "Origin Ultimate Collection", from the thread here:
