My sims3 has an error while playing
Hello,
I've uninstalled and reinstalled my sims 3 (and pets and master suite stuff) so many times just to get it to work and I think I did it correctly the last time.
I installed the sims 3 base game (ignored the crack that game with it and a patch that was told I had to do as well). Then installed pets (also didn't use any crack). Same with suite stuff. As I was installing the expansions, the installer said the base game needed updating and without it no installation of the expansion was possible. So I let it update the base game. Same thing was done when installing the suite stuff.
Then did as was told in the ultimate fix. Added the crack of pets etc to the base games folder as was told. Then tried to do the update thing from the launcher. That didn't work, did the manual update I also got from your site. Then added the final crack. The game does work. It takes quite long for it to load but it does start. However I've tired to create a household several times and each time I try and move them into some place the game has an error. A popup appears saying, The sims3 has had an error, windows is trying to find a solution to the problem. Then the game closes. Another popup appears on my desktops right corner saying something about "this is not the optimal screen resolution for this display device.... etc"
I had sims 3 once and it worked fine on my computer, No extensions added though.
How can I fix the problem?
Thank you very much!

Hello,
Which screenresolution are you using? It may be too high for your pc to handle.
The systemrequirements for Pets are a bit higher than they were for the base game and earlier expansions, so your graphicscard may be lower-end and lowering your screenresolution may solve the crashes.
