Debug Public/Hidden Room Items??

Not really sure where to post this.
I made an apartment building shell and I can't find the item/s in buydebug that lets me make public/hidden rooms. In Sims 3 it used to be like a silver ball in the apartment ep, but it doesn't seem like there is anything at all in 4?? I don't care if I can only have one usable apartment, I just want the building style in my town and hopefully have someone live there. Worst case, it's just for town aesthetic, I guess.
I've looked all over the internet and I haven't had any luck.

I didn't know you could do that on Sims 4! Did you figure it out? That would be quite interesting!
