Sim Changing Outfit In Public Empty Sim Changing Outfit In Public

Hi everyone,
My sim keeps randomly changing her outfit in public without being commanded to. I could deal with this except every time she gets the embarrassed moodlet about being walked in on.
Has anyone had this problem/have an idea of the cause?

Does your sims perhaps have more than one outfits set for each category? If yes, that might be the cause. If not and you have mods installed, move out your mods folder and check to see if it's still doing that.
