Update HELP. [SOLVED]

Hello guys,
I have the sims 4 with patch Version 1.58.63.1020, can i upgrade it to 1.62.57.1020 ?
Which tutorial i must follow ? can i follow this tutorial https://www.games4theworld.club/t21806-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-4-correctly-latest-version-1-62-67-1020-1-62-67-1520
btw, my last sims i got it from here. thanks for your help

No, that's the wrong tutorial that you linked to. I strongly urge you to follow this other tutorial here:

Global Patch + anadius's DLC-toggler + any of the DLCs you like, and that's it! Good luck and feel free to post back if you need more help.
