Do I need to install the EA Download Manager to put the Sims Store items in my game?
Should I install it just to be sure? Ack! I need assistance!

My set up is still open but I just need to know wether to install it or not before I doom myself.

Hello,
You don't need it to use store items, just for updates but you can also do those manually.

Hello,
Sims3packs go into My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3. Then, open the launcher and navigate to the Downloads tab, and then you can select and install them there.
