Sims 3 Pets Launcher asking for disk.

I installed as the directions said to do and then I had to use the fix for the set up looking for a disk and it worked perfectly. Now, I'm in the launcher and once I hit play, it's asking for a disk. I downloaded the universal fix but I didn't see the Sims 3 Pets in the folders. I'm completely new to this torrent thing so I'm so lost. Lol.

Hello,
It looks like you need the crack.
It is correct that you're not able to find Pets in the fix, the latest expansions all use the same TS3W.exe so it didn't make sense to have you copy the same 2 file 4 times. Besides that isn't the crack, what you seem to need is the files from the #crack folder, applied as described in step 13 of the fix's installation guide.
But it'll only work if you haven't updated your game to 1.31, in which case you'll have to wait a few days or reinstall, since there's no crack available yet. You'll need base game version 1.29 for the fix, if your game is not that version yet, apply the entire fix according to its installation guide but when you get to step 11, do not open the launcher to update but use the manual patch instead.

I have the update version of 1.31. So with the version, I'll need to wait until there is a fix available, correct? Once there is a fix, I'll just have to reinstall? I just finished downloading Ambitions, should I wait for that as well? I have no problem waiting and thank you for your help. :]

Hello,
You can reinstall, or wait for the new fix. You don't have to reinstall once the fix is released, simply applying it will do.
You can install Ambitions now, no problem, but again none of it will play until you get a new crack, which is bound to be released within a few days time.
