PLEASE, PLEASE HELP! Sims pets - Insert disk

Hi,
Every time i try and install Sims pets expansion pack it comes up with the following message;
Please insert disk 1 that contains the file support/Readme/en/en_EULA.rtf.
This hasn't happened with any other expansion pack. I'm just wondering what I've done wrong?
Please help. Thanks!
