File System Size Limit [SOLVED] Empty File System Size Limit [SOLVED]

Post by Guest Sat 24 Jul 2010, 08:21

Hi. So I'm new in all the BitTorrent-Downloading stuff, and I've just completed my first DL which is the Sims 3 Ambitions from your site (thanks!). Now I'm trying to DL Guitar Hero World Tour and when I save it, there prompts a message in BitTorrent which says
One or more files exceed thefilesystem size limit, these files cannot be saved properly. Do you want to continue anyway?
How can I fix this problem? I still have like 80GB free disk space but why does this message appears? Please help me. Thanks Smile

Hello,

The download you're trying to copy (download) to your HDD (Hard Disk) is bigger than 4GB. Your HDD format is probably FAT32, which doesn't support copying files bigger than 4GB.

What you need to do is, backup all the necessary data on the HDD and then reformat the HDD with the NTFS format. This format supports copying files bigger than 4GB.
