showtime crashes during gameplay.[SOLVED]

my apologies if i sent this the wrong place. i am not a techinical person, but i have followed all the instuctions carefully. i sucessfully updated the game to v1.32 it loads perfectly but as soon as i get to play a household it just stops working after a couple minutes. applied and reapplied the fixes ,it worked for awhile lastnight but does the same thing again today. your assistance is greatly appreciated.

thank u for responding. i do not get any errors r notificatons it loads great and yes i do have cc .

sorry for such a slow response but i'm having a bad connection with the internet. i am not computer savy , how do i remove the cc.

Go to Documents\Electronic Arts. You'll see a folder called "The Sims 3" here. Drag & drop this folder to your Desktop and remove it from your Documents.

Now start the game and tell us the result.
