Service initialization failed (0x039e8474) [SOLVED]

I recently finished the download and installation of The Sims 3 Base game, World Adventures, High end lot Stuff, Ambitions, Fast Lane Stuff, Late Night, Outdoor Living Stuff, Generations, and Town Life Stuff.

After Downloading and applying an earlier fix included with my download (Not the most recent), the game loaded, and the launcher showed it was the most up to date version, and also displayed all expansions.

However, when I started it, it said that there was no disc inserted. I searched on this thread for an answer, and it directed me to the Ultimate fix. After apply the ultimate fix to the game The screen doesn't load, it only shows a black screen and after a few moments of nothing it comes back to the desktop and in a pop-up error window states
"Unable to start Sims 3
Service initialization failed (0x039e8474)"

I applied the crack to the The Sims 3 Bin Folder, and to my knowledge I applied everything else correctly.

Perhaps it is because of the earlier fix applied?

Please open your game launcher and hover your mouse over the base game icon, in the lower-left corner of the screen. What version does it show? It starts with 1.xx.x.

I uninstalled all the game, and all of the expansions and am currently re-installing them.

After updating the launcher to 1.32, I will apply the ultimate fix to see if it will work from there.

I will post my results afterward.

After uninstalling and re-installing the base game and all of the expansions, as well as manually applying the 1.32 update, and the ultimate fix, everything seems to be working fine.
