Update to 1.33 error. [SOLVED]

Every time I try to update to 1.33 there is an error, do I need to patch my game with the new cracks BEFORE I try to update or is there another problem?

Hello,
This is the correct way:
1. Download and apply this manual patch: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1870-can-t-update-the-sims-3-to-v133-fix-manual-patch-updated
2. After it finished updating, re-download and re-apply the latest version of our Ultimate Fix: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems
3. Your game should work fine now.
Good luck and please let us know the result!

I did that and now it says 'There was an error during startup. Please see the log for more details.' Every time I try to open the launcher.
