create a sim, sim not showing up.[SOLVED]

I have all expansions installed except town life and when i try to create aup sim the sim doesnt show up! I do have some clothing and hair download from the sim resource is that the problem? help!

Try removing those extra stuff (Custom Content, Mods) and then try again.

I did what you said. i even uninstalled every game, reinstalled every game and did the fix and the sims still wont show up in create a sim. other stuff wont show up as well like words when you click on a town ect. also when the game starts loading the game screen is black with the
loading bar, then white shows up under the loading bar and after all of
under the loading bar is white the screen turns white with the loading
bar, but i guarantee its not suppose to be like that. i believe its all connected and i applied the fix then tried again and i still get the same result. how can i fix this?

Also just found out that even when i try to play with sims that are already made and when i move them into a house and try to play them they become invisible and a minute later the game crashes! please help!

Im pretty sure i uninstalled it all.. Theres a few package files but I didn't know if they're suppose to be there or not. So I won't ever be able to use cc or mods?

Remove the package files too.
This doesn't mean you won't be able to use any cc or mods, it's just a common problem to have corrupt or outdated mods or cc, and just one piece can throw your entire game off.

The only package files i have left are the ones that say gameplay.package, simcore.package. and a few others but i didnt download them so i guess they came with the game. And the game still doesnt work..

i dont know how to find out..

Now, please download THIS driver for your graphic card. After it finished downloading, install the driver update and then restart your PC.

Its still not working. I have every expansion installed should i uninstall a couple to see if it works?

I dont know, i installed them all at once. i uninstalled showtime and it made it work better but it still didnt show the sims when playing.

In-game try lowering all graphic settings, also changing the resolution.
After this, restart your game and try again.

i tried that and it didnt work. idk what else to do..
