create a sim, sim not showing up/graphic glitches

Hi guys,

just downloaded all your stuff for my wife.

we've tried booting it up but it's giving an error with no sims showing and buildings/text missing while loading

on load up the writing is scrambled.

Any help would be appreciated

Also, are you using any mods or custom content ? (= did you download and install any files either in ".sims3pack" or ".package" file format ?). This could also cause that problem.

What about your graphics drivers, have you mad sure to update them. The easiest way to do that is to find out your graphics card model, type it into Google, do a Goggle search and then download it (usually from an official website of the card manufacturer).
