Sims 3 crashes after it goes into menu loading screen...Help Please?

Sorry about my spelling beforehand. The problem is the game says "It looks like you have installed an official game modification that does not match your current version of the Sims 3. We recommend that you either uninstall these game modifications or get updated versions of them - otherwise you may experience crashes or significant bugs" Then when i continue the game, it crashes when i get to the screen after you choose a town to play in.

Note: I did install sims 3 base game from my cd and updated it first then installed the sims 3 master suite from the .rar file and did what the instructions said, and put the crack into the location "C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin", but nothing works, it just keeps on crashing...What did I do wrong?

Um,I think I found the problem...I have to install Showtime, Master Suite Stuff, Pets, Town Life Stuff, or Generations.
Sorry for not noticing it before, but can you install only one of those expansion packs by itself with the base game?
